Pet Loss Support South provides client-centred emotional support to those who have lost or are anticipating the loss of a companion animal, whether it is a cat or a dog, has fur or feathers or is perhaps a horse or pony. You might have an assistance animal or own working animals.
People experience pet bereavement for a variety of reasons - not just because their animal has died; a pet may have gone missing or had to be re-homed for example. We adjust to loss through the process of grieving and how we grieve is influenced by our individual circumstances. Genevieve is here to listen, without judgement and in confidence.
Genevieve is also available to support you in your choice of after death body care and memorials for your pet.
Pet Loss Support South is also available to work with veterinary professionals keen to understand how they can best support their clients at the time of pet euthanasia. Please contact Genevieve to relay details of your requirements.
Pet Loss Support South generally provides emotional support via face-to-face sessions held at your home. Clients are free to book as few or as many sessions as they wish. One session lasts 35 minutes and costs £25.00 for clients within a 10 mile radius of Pulborough. Sessions may be provided at alternative locations and for clients living outside this area; please contact Genevieve for further information.
Pet Loss Support South requests cleared funds are received via BACS Direct Credit in advance of any sessions. Payment information will be provided at the time of the session booking.
In the event a client cancels a session with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the advance payment (£12.50) will be retained.
